What exactly is the free preview?

It's the first page of your new website, designed for your business with your name, services, city and reviews. We send it as a private link within 2 business days. It's free and you don't have to buy anything.

Do I own my website and my domain?

Yes. Your domain is registered in your name. Once your website is paid in full, the design and files are yours. If you ever leave, we hand over your website files and export your data.

What does the monthly care plan cover?

Hosting, security, backups, monitoring and updates, plus a short report each month. Site Care includes up to 30 minutes of changes a month, like new photos or prices. Hub Care adds daily backups of your data and email support.

Is there a long contract?

No. Care plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.

How long does it take?

About 7 days for an Essential Site, about 14 days for a Pro Site and 3 to 4 weeks for Servicebay Hub. The clock starts once we have your logo, photos and service list.

How do I pay?

50% to start and 50% before launch. Pay by card or bank transfer (ACH) through a secure payment link, or by Zelle. Care plans are billed automatically each month.

Can my techs use the Hub in Spanish?

Yes. Servicebay Hub works in English and Spanish, and each person picks their language. A Spanish version of your website is available as an add-on.

Will I be number one on Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. We build your site the way Google recommends: fast, made for phones, with a page for each service and city, and a complete Google Business Profile. That gives you a strong start.

Can we talk on the phone?

We work mostly by email and short recorded videos, so every decision and price is in writing. If you'd like to talk face to face, we can set up a video call.
