Privacy policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This policy explains what information Servicebay Studio collects through servicebaystudio.com and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your information to reply to you and to work on your project, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, business name, email, phone (if you add it), trade, city, current website and your message.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
We don't use advertising trackers, and this site doesn't set marketing cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send you a preview or proposal.
- To do the work you hire us for, and to send invoices and updates about it.
- To keep the website secure.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run this website: Cloudflare to host it and Resend to deliver the contact form to our inbox. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to talk with you and run our business, and for as long as the law requires for records like invoices. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email hello@servicebaystudio.com and we'll respond within 30 days. California residents may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor those requests too.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
