These terms apply to your use of servicebaystudio.com and any website previews we publish on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our services
The site describes the websites and software Servicebay Studio offers and their starting prices. That information is general and isn’t an offer or a contract. Any project we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal that you accept, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything on this site.
Website previews
Previews published under servicebaystudio.com/p/ are design concepts we create to show what a new website could look like. They use information the business has made public and stock photography. They aren’t the business’s official website, and they aren’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the business shown. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. If you own a business shown in a preview and want it removed, email hello@servicebaystudio.com and we’ll remove it within 2 business days.
Content and ownership
The design, text, code and graphics of this site belong to Servicebay Studio, except for third-party material we use under license, such as stock photos from Pexels and open-source fonts. You may view and share pages from the site, but you may not copy, resell or republish its content without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site. For example, don’t try to break or overload it, probe it for security weaknesses without permission, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful. We may block access to anyone who does.
No warranties
The site and the previews are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or always up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Servicebay Studio won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t be limited under the law, and it doesn’t change the terms of a signed client agreement.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies once it’s posted here with a new effective date.
